The difference is in some spots in flat shadow area. Just my opinion, but if we could find some detail there, it will not behind your control on sharp effect. -
Sorry for being unclear in my comment, I meant more natural structure in hair. Sharpening method, you choose, works very hard in shadow area, making it darker, there is lost gradation and details in 2/3 tonal area. I enclose just a quick try to fix it. Generally, I like your photo very much.

Lovely smile and eyes! Very good tone and color. Just a bit overdone with sharp in post processing, picture become a bit flat, I would love to have more natural hair.
