I love the image though her eyebrows are really detracting from her face. I'm not sure if that was intentional. And I would eliminate the shade on her head. It creates very much of a restrictive feel to it and the composition of where she is positioned is confusing because it's not rule of thirds nor is it centered.

But besides that I love the way her eyes shine. Keep working at it. You have a gift.
