I used a flash held overhead and cleaned a few spots in post. Thanks in
advance.

Thank you Maurizio.

Jim, very nice capture of her! Skin tones look natural and makeup not overly done on her face. Pose with head tilted forward, really brings out her eyes. Would liked to have had some back lighting, fill or even a snoot on her hair, as it gets lost in the background. She looks as though she has gorgeous hair and would have been nice to capture it! Lovely shot still!

Thank you for looking/commenting.

I like it! The sun, ice, clarity and perspective are wonderful!

I would have Jim, but I was afraid he would jump on me :) Thank you for your comment and Happy Holidays!

It's a very intriguing image, but is this a photo manipulated or something generated using some sort of fractal software?

Very adorable! Would have loved to seen those eyes. All the best.

Rudy, thanks for your comment, and your right about their position, it would have given a fabulous silhouette. This couple was enjoying the sunset and I didn't want yo impose on them, so I took what I could get. All the best!

This was taken at Wreath Across America at Bushnell Fl. National
Cemetary 12/11/10.

Congrats on having a beautiful wife, and one that will pose for you.
I, personally, don't like this one. The skin looks muddled and rough, the harsh shadow across her waist/legs is distracting, and her head position and expression takes away from the pose. I do like the silhouette and would like it more, if it was full. Thanks for sharing, and remember...this is just one man's opinion.

Edmondo, I really like the simplicity of your photo.

Thank you in advance for you comments.

Stephen, please...no apology necessary. There may be some confusion of the gravestone. In National cemetarys, there can be one headstone for 2 people. The husband on one side and the wife on the other, laying head-to-head with one gravestone and their names on each side. Again, thank you for your input.

Stephen, the vignetting was to center attention, and I know it is not for everyone. This was taken at a Wreaths Across America event and a family was there to place a wreath at a loved one's gravesite. I was at this angle as it happened...nothing contrived. That said, I thank you for your opinion on my photo and Happy Holidays to you and yours...R.E.Morris

Experimenting with gradients. Do you like it or not?
