What equipment did you use?

This was a very difficult image to capture, the ants were very fast

moving, I had to use Tamron sp90 lens with 3 kenko extension tubes

and a macro flash all fixed to a tripod

This was a hand held capture on a windy day..I remember having to

hold the flower with my free hand

I remember this was a difficult shot to get as the wonderful little

glass wing would not sit still and my lens kept steaming up
