Include a note explaining the problem, and any contact information. We will contact you with a free repair estimate before any work has begun. Typical turnaround time is approximately two weeks. If this is a warranty issue, then you will not hear from us, we will simply repair the lens and return it. If it is not a warranty issue, then we will contact you with a repair estimate before any work has begun.
