Thank you for your comments, yes it was midday when I took the light was a bit harsh, but I have the raw I'm sure I could pull some details back:)

A shot from Tarn Hows last Sunday, Wetherlam in the distance.

A view from Blea tarn, great langdale, the peak in shadow at he top is Pike o blisco. I
shot a few around the tarn with the wide angle but used the 80-200mm to pull this
view in.

Great colours and mood, tiny gripe is horizon seems a little off level, I find myself mentally trying to straighten it up. nicely taken.

Taken on a recent trip to Northumberland UK. This is a heavily
photographed Castle, here is my take on the castle captured at
sunrise.

Quite a wild morning in the Lake District, this is the view from the
Langdale pikes of the valley below, Lingmoor fell is to the right.

I had to share this one, I have been working in Lytham St Anne's
over the last few weeks and when I have had chance been taking
photos around the pier. I took this one this evening and could see
two quite distinctive faces in the sky, I haven't altered the image just
made it more pronounced.

Hi Scott,
Yes this was more of a rush composition simply to catch the suns ray breaking through the sky, it was a particular dull and drab day. I had a bit of work trying to control the severe highlight coming from the break in the clouds compared to the fore ground. Thank you for commenting.

Another fleeting moment when the sun broke through the clouds at

Hi Larry, Thank you for your feedback. the branch was kind of unavoidable it is so overgrown around this area you struggle to get a clear shot of the viaduct. I was right on the waters edge. The blue filter was just an experiment really it did give it an eerie look. Thanks again for your input.

I have been trying to reply a few times, servers down, struggling to add an image with my txt, anyway. Thank you for your comment appreciate it. Im always looking to improve and I do agree with you. Ive tried to add a picture of a re edit but i couldnt do it for some reason. Ive just added it to my portfolio. The difference is only slight but it does improve it.
