I had to share this one, I have been working in Lytham St Anne's

over the last few weeks and when I have had chance been taking

photos around the pier. I took this one this evening and could see

two quite distinctive faces in the sky, I haven't altered the image just

    made it more pronounced.

  1. Hi Scott,

Yes this was more of a rush composition simply to catch the suns ray breaking through the sky, it was a particular dull and drab day. I had a bit of work trying to control the severe highlight coming from the break in the clouds compared to the fore ground. Thank you for commenting.

Just noticed that on the technical details it states the persons name who I bought the camera from, which is not me. Feel free to let me know how I change it.

Hi Larry, Thank you for your feedback. the branch was kind of unavoidable it is so overgrown around this area you struggle to get a clear shot of the viaduct. I was right on the waters edge. The blue filter was just an experiment really it did give it an eerie look. Thanks again for your input.

I didnt really plan the edit to turn out like this, early morning light

which looked interesting with the channel mixer (mono) and a blue

    filter.

  2. I have been trying to reply a few times, servers down, struggling to add an image with my txt, anyway. Thank you for your comment appreciate it. Im always looking to improve and I do agree with you. Ive tried to add a picture of a re edit but i couldnt do it for some reason. Ive just added it to my portfolio. The difference is only slight but it does improve it.
