    HP B9180 Vista 13x19 problem

    I have had exactly the same problem printing 13x19 prints and have gotten absolutely no useful help from HP, though they have asked me to perform a number of tests that have wasted very expensive paper. Finally, right before I found this thread, they asked me to try the new patch. The installation failed however and the printer stopped communicating with the computer alltogether. I use PS7 and Vista Home Premium. I hope I'll manage to fix this, advice would be welcome.
