I think this image is wonderful. There is an obvious connection with your sitter. The lighting really helps to bring out a youthful and energetic feel which is fitting. And the fact she's a beautiful woman doesn't hurt either : )

This is a really moving image. It includes so many elements of neglect and despair.

The post process is fantastic as is and indeed as mentioned earlier this image would be remarkable in B/W also.

Not quite sure I'm "picking up" what bill from new york is "putting down" I went away to reflect after reading his post and since returning, still find this to be an outstanding image. You've captured this lady in a magical, truly reflective moment. Her pose and expression in combination with lighting have created a 7/7 for my liking.
