    Kevin,

I have  been looking at your DH work and want to say how much how like the slow pans, perspective and compositions.

The use of slow shutter speeds to create blurs only enhances the sensation of the downhill - well done!

  1. appreciate your comments and feedback.

Working with intentional slow shutter speeds to create a level of both

blurring on the subject and the background to convey the movement of

    the cyclist.

    Beau,

I do not know why I have not found your work before.  Stunning shot of a cold, outdoor hockey game!

I really appreciate the composition you have used.

    Well done!

    Eric,

I really like this shot, nice composition, intensity of the pitcher, and the ball in mid flight.

    well done!

    Mick,

Very nicely done...the background is clean - focus crisp...Good composition.

The only suggestion would be to use a slightly slower shutter speed to show more movement in the tires and background..

    Jane,

This is a beautiful image in B & W - the use of horizontal crop is very effective to give us the sense of the panaramo... I love the tones of the islands, fading to grey, and the small boat in the bay.

The only nit I would say is the amount of "black" in the building on the left - you might try cropping out a little more - still to provide the framing and perspective you have created....
