Hey, this is a beautiful classic image. One thing I always like to do when I'm directing models is to keep an eye on what they're doing with their shoes/feet. Thought this is a gorgeous shot, her foot looks a little awkward. Also, since this is a fashion shot, and the point is to sell what the model is wearing, having the shoes tilted at that angle fails to give the viewer a proper impression of them, and thus fails to sell them to the viewer.

I love the way you lit this btw.

This is a beautiful shot, nice composition (and your model is gorgeous) - my only critique would be to mix up the colors and tones a bit. Everything from the water, background, model's swim-suit, to her skin tone are the same color, and this makes your image look a little flat. I would suggest that you fix up the background a bit in photoshop (perhaps darkening it a little, and changing the hue from its current brown-grey to a more flattering, warmer shade).
