I understand what you are trying to do, and the originality is high, but the lines of the model (arm stretched up) and the background (flowing down) don't do it for me. A more languid pose from the model mixed with flowing water works for me better than the up-stretched arm. Maybe I am prisoner to convention, but when the model reaches up, I look up also.
