Hello to all. I was wondering if anyone could suggest informative reading.
What I would like to study is our desire as humans or individuals to photograph
or be photographed. I'm sure that when the first photograph was achieved,
something inside us was awaken.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Not really. There were a lot of hands on the camera and the D70 is my camera. So I just popped the lens on it and took a few shots.

SORRY! Wrong account. Here is one you should have no problem accessing.

I work in a camera store and today the NIKON rep came by with a D300 and the
14-24mm lense and the 24-70mm N series lenses. I have never taken pics for
evaluation, so here it goes anyway. These pics were taken with a D70.
Here is the link to the photos.
Enjoy!

Thank you all for responding to my question. I'll have to take a second look and see if the SB-800 would be a better buy than a second lens.

Hello and thank you for all the information you have shared with me in the past
year and a half or so. My motto has been, "when in doubt, check photo.net".
Previous equipment: Canon AE-1,Contax Aria, Yashica A,Mamiya RZ II.
Lighting Technique: available light 98% of the time.
I am looking at a used D70 w/ 18-55mm Nikon Dx lens, Sigma 55-200mm lens, and
possibly a new SB-600 or used Sunpak 622.
Reason for the camera and lenses is price. As for the flash units; the Sunpak
is, aside from a somewhat sluggish recycle time, in good working condition.
What I plan to do with this equipment is events for the holidays. At this point
I am not sure if less is more or more is...more.
I don't like the look that mounted camera flashes have.
Is it better to have the more powerful flash to build around or is iTTL more
important?
Once again thank you.
