Aaron, that's an ambitious project. Have you checked out LRtimelapse at http://lrtimelapse.com/ ? It used to cost only a donation but I see now he charges $99. If you will be creating timelapses often it might be worth it.

Al, you should be able to purchase the subscription - keep trying. Yesterday I was able to follow the links and purchase the special rate, year contract. I decided to because my PS5 was ineligible for the ACR update that includes my Nikon D600 raw files, meaning Bridge wouldn't open them. (We can never keep up) Good luck.

This may be easy, Lilyen. I also use Lightroom 4 and shoot raw with a Nikon D80. In Lghtroom, in Develop mode, scroll down to Camera Calibration. Click the options next to Profile. Usually the default is ACR 4.4 (Adobe Camera Raw settings for your camera) You will also see a list of alternate selections specifically for Nikon, including Camera Vivid. This may produce just the effect you're looking for. Hope this is your solution.

Please check out this other Russell Brown masking video that demonstrates, I think, exactly what you're looking for.
This one clearly describes refining to the point that flyaway hair can be restored with no viseable noise.
-

Can't publish photos from LR5 to Flickr
in The Digital Darkroom: Process, Technique & Printing

Is this a recent problem? You've been able to publish to flickr in the past? Have you recently changed your password in flickr or made any other changes? Go to LR plugin manager and click on flickr to see if it is up and running and if the link is complete.
Sorry I can't give a specific diagnosis. Let us know if you get it working.
