I think you would have to have experienced this to fully appreciate it. I like it - it has just enough to describe the experience while still keeping a minimalist feel.

My only criticism would be the intersection of the bike frame and woman's head, but it's still very nice despite that.

Actually, that's a toad. But a nice photo just the same. The brush in the foreground is a little distracting. A tighter crop might help.

The symmetry of the backdrop and it's reflection against the asymmetry of the roots, orange against the blue, the mysterious looking roots, the tip of the stump breaking the surface, and the mist all add up to a fantastic image.

I've tried to take almost this exact shot (even B&W) but it did not come out as nicely. I think the clouds really add some drama and I love the contrast. Well done!

I really like this shot. The colors, rays, and composition are very nice. The only thing that doesn't seem quite right is the dark cloud at the top. It seems too dominant to me and pulls the eye away. But it's still beautiful. Nice work!

I did a little more post processing on this one that I typically do,

but the sky is about how it looked before doing anything to it. I's be

interested to hear what people think. Thanks for looking!

Great image. I like the lines created by the two walls coming together. Your partner clinging to/climbing the strip of snow makes me think of both danger and hope.
