I got the camera one year now and i am really pleased especially for thr underwater photos that produces, but 2 days ago the camera blocked!
I used it first time since October for underwater photos and no problem. Next day all that is working is the button on/off and the shutter button! nothing else!no zoom,no menu, nothing!
If someone has any idea to help me please send, cause i really need it and can't go to canon service at the moment!
Thank you!

I have a little bit more than a year this lens and i was sutisfied until now!But lately i noticed that the lens found some difficulty in focusing.I didn't pay much attention, cause i use also 17-40mm f/4 L and 100mm f/2.8 and they are quite fast in focusing,so i thought it's just my impression!
Today i borowed my brothers 40d and tryed all the lenses to see the differences from my 400d and to my surprise, when i mounted 70-200 i saw there is a serious problem! Whenever i tryed to focus from a close subject to long distance,it was almost not moving!i had to press several times the shutter button until it finally focused!
If i stayed in about the similar distance,it worked almost ok.If i changed the problem was there!I tryed also the button for 1.3m & 3m to infinity, but didnt make any difference. Tryed 2 times to take-off and re-mount the lence, but no improvement!finally tryed with my 400d as last hope, but it was the same...
Has anyone had the same problem? Or any ideas of what's wrong?
Thanks!

J.C. thanks for your idea! Haven't finished any biology university, but i know quite a lot of things, cause since i was a kid i liked nature (of course not a biologist ) and studied about it through books,tv,net! Finding a Pro to become a n assistand is a good idea, but i think it's kind of hard to find someone etc...
Thanks anyway!

Could anyone tell me how do nature photographers work? i mean for a begginer, how can he find work? There are agencies that you can aply for,or they just go on a project and then search for magazines etc to sell their photos? I would like to try,but have no idea what school to try or is it better to start from normal photography and then change? Thank you!

Please help me with Canon PowerShot D10 waterproof...
