As previously mentioned, there is no need to set the deal up beforehand, the only thing I would say is to stay WELL clear of Tsim Sha Tsui, especially Nathan Rd (the golden mile), instead go where the locals go - Mong Kok, it is easy to reach by MTR, there are many dealers there, much more reputable and all open late. You can also take a look at Sham Shui Po, it has to be seen to be believed - you will be in Tech Heaven! I would suggest taking a day or so, notebook & map in hand, buy a "Rough guide" or "Lonely Planet" before you go;
HK is a great town, easy to navigate, safe, and GREAT food. Just remember to take the same precautions you would in any big city, and you will have a whale of a time, and score a cheap DSLR to boot!
