I like this shot, the warmth and depth of it are just amazing. I would only dare comment on one thing, the people at the end are looking out of the photo and that keeps my eye stuck there.

Well this shot s made up of about 12 frames which overlap each other 70%. They have been taken with a wide angle 10 20 sigma. The streets are 2m wide and the small box on the right is the switch to open the door on the left of the photoso you can see that it is practically 360 degrees. Its a cross road on in the back streets of Rabat Gozo. Hope that this ans some questions heheh, cheers for the interest and comments

this is the coloured version and i would like to know what you think of it?

do you prefer this version or the B&W one. Personally i think this helps

a lot to understand the place, as in B&W there seems to be a little too

    much confusion

My eyes got stuck on this image, for a lot of different reasons, to start from its the look on her face and then because she is looking out of the window. It leves a lot of space where to dream and imagen whats beyond that window. Ye i must agree that the cross is a plus, but two things dont really impress me, the frame behind her head as the head loses definition. Secondaly the fact that she is centered in the middle, not cos of the thirds but more cos of depth into the photo. Personally i dont find that the left side of the photo contributes to any thing in the composition. I took the liberty to ps the image and as i am a lover of B&W i converted it too although i love the particular colours of this frame. Great work and i will shourly look you up again for inspiration and creative ideas

  1. I love the minimal detail that makes up this image, every thing is there but just the right ammount. I also love the colours chosen, the warmth of the body compared to the cold background, you can nearly feel it. Nice work

Thanks for your comment and time. I know that the photo seems sort of squashed but the place is really small. This is a crossroad but the narrow streets measure only 2meters apart max. Do you have any suggestion on what i could do

think. Do you have any comment. This photo is the final result of three

images HDR d manually and finished with some dogging and burning.

onverted to B&W with nik software
