  1. great concept; lovely model.

Suggestion to move candlestick 'wings' from her back. Crop the pic frame on left out of pic. Agree the glare on instrument distracts but could be touched up. Also suggest darkening hip to keep attention on wonderful job you did on face; i feel it competes for it. Wish candlesticks on right were out of frame as well. Lovely tone and concept though. great job.

I enjoy the naturalness of this image. I do feel the foreground column detracts. I like the idea compositional principle of an image in foreground to lead my eye, but the column doesn't work for me. Not sure what the condition/situation was of course; maybe that is all we had to work with which is acceptable but not ideal.

Really nice photo. I've been watching 'hands' in my own portraits lately and thought to pass along same. For your consideration: Would have preferred the young boy's hand either hidden or perhaps on dad's far shoulder;I find it distracting from mom's face where it is. Same with older sister's background second hand. Would have preferred just the one in foreground. For me, I find in my own photos the skin tones of faces and hands are natural focal points. So I am being very conscientious of their placement these days. Am curious of you agree with my observations. Cheers! Again a nice photo.

Like the tones and subject. I tried just cropping the bottom a bit for proportion. Try just up to the shadow of the object at bottom for instance. Nice pic.
