I'm having problems with my EOS software that came with my Canon Digital Rebel Xti camera. Until now I was always taking shots in

RAW mode and having no problems. A few months ago however, my RAW shots when viewed through the EOS software utility started

displaying my RAW shots with a weird white tint to them. The shots almost look bleached. They do look normal once I export them as

JPEG's and open them in Photoshop or Aperture. Has anyone else experienced this? I've already deleted all pref's and reinstalled the

software on my Mac G5 but no cigar. The bleached out look of the RAW shots remains...???

The fact that it can reach an aperture of 3.5 with IS capability sounds pretty good to me, especially considering it's not a $500 or more lens. I'm with you though, the 'rain on the parade' club seems to already discount this.
