"Subscribers act just as badly as non subscribers."...badly not the same like "bogus ratings" - the photo.net subscribers just will be confident that nobody will reduce received ratings... I agree that photo.net should be for everybody but the rating system should be only for the subscribers...

In order to solve this problem the rating should be available only for photo.net subscribers who have purchased a subscription...

"Bogus ratings are a problem for the site. People like to cheat the rating system to try and improve their own rankings, or they just like to mess with the site because they have issues. We have made very good progress reducing the numbers and frequency of these bogus accounts"... everybody knows about that... but photo.net can simply solve this problem... just need to abolish the anonymous rating... it should be only for the full members of photo.net...
