Very nice. I like the texture of the water resulting from the 30sec exposure. How did you freeze the fishermen for such a long exposure?

Very nice! I think I'd try to get rid of the white guy on the rock with his back to the camera - he's a distraction in a very nice photo. -
I like the composition, it gives a kind of circular feel from the shape of the valley and the curve of the rock faces. You could recenter the shot to emphasize that aspect. The haze in the center is unfortunate, and the two trees in the front are too sharply defined, and detract from the overall shot.

I like the color and the composition. Too bad her face is not in sharper focus.
