This was taken on the Salt River near Mesa, Arizona.

Image taken with the snow as background.

Thanks, Dave. I use the Canon 10D with my Canon 70-200/f4 L at 135mm @f4.

This juxtaposition reminded me of an old married couple. The old
woman in the background, still beautiful, but bent with age. The old
man still clinging to his last three strands of hair. . .

A rare raindrop in Arizona. I thought this image looked better in
black and white.

San Xavier del Bac was built in the 1690's by Father Eusebio Kino. I
was in Tucson recently for a conference and hoped to get a good image
of the mission. I was happy with this one although I wish the
scaffolding would not have been present.

This photo was taken after sunset. The clouds were reflecting a
beautiful reddish glow on the white mission. A 30 second exposure
captured the scene.

Taken near the Superstition Mountains in Arizona.

This photo is a panorama composed of 4 photos. I used Canon's

My son again. I like this black and white version a little better
than the color one.

This is a very beautiful photograph. Excellent work.

Each year the Arizona Temple decorates the grounds with over 1/2 a
million lights for Christmas. I got this shot while there was a lull
in the crowd.

Last spring the wildflowers in Arizona popped up everywhere. Here is
my young boy in the midst of them.

Mark,
The sunlight was coming from a window and provided most of the light. I added a tiny bit of flash. Without the flash his lower face would have been too dark.

This is the black and white version of the photograph I posted
yesterday. I think I like this one better.

Everyone loves their child's face. This was taken in his room on an
afternoon with a touch of fill flash.

Good or no?

I scanned this a little dark but it seems to add to the mood. What
do you think?
