1.
I have a few bags however, if I am walking anywhere, i'll always take my Lowepro Slingshot AW 200.
I can fit a body (5D with a grip), 100-400L, 24-105, and a third lens in the main compartment, a flash with omnibounce attached in the top compartment, filters in the pocket on the front and inside the main compartments flap there is a built in card wallet and lens cloth.
In bad weather, there is a rainshell tucked away underneath the bag which covers the entire bag which I landed up using last week.
Good luck with your search!

  2.
Lior,
You have a few options to achieve this depending on how much you want to spend, how far you want the speedlite from the body and if you want to retain ETTL

For a quick and dirty, you can attach a cable with 2 PC ports to go from the PC sync on the camera to the pc sync on the flash. This leaves you with No ETTL though.

A bit pricier is going with a wireless system like Pocketwizards/Skyports/Cactus triggers which you will not have ETTL as well.

If you want to preserve ETTL, you can to go with something like the Canon ST-E2 which goes on the hotshoe and will remotely trigger your flash.

Good luck! off flash shooting is a whole other side of photography. You should check out strobist.com if you haven't already for off camera flash info.

  3. Like the other responses, I would take the 70-200 as well as the 50 f/1.4.

I would also strongly recommend that if you can borrow the MarkIII a few days in advance to do so. Reason being, if you have never shot with a 1D camera, it will be very confusing to use your first time. The 1D cameras require multiple button presses for each action. It is severely different from a 300D in terms of operations.

Good luck and let us know how it turns out!
