To Bruce Stinshoff : I just wonder why almost half of my comment didnt come!

when you choose the slow shutter speed/small aperture, while you want to press the shutter bottom you can SHAKE your camera ( again it depends on what you chose to take, also it depends on your shutter speed; these two the way you slow down the shutter speed and the kind of movement can effect on each other and any of them can be different in the ultimate photo ) slowly, rapidly, up to down, left to right or...

Actually the way that I could attained to this kind of photography to slow down your shutter speed, but almost depends on your hand I mean strong or not and also depends the movement you are about to do, shaking,circling,up and down or left to right.. then for sure you need the smallest aperture. Also the more you zoom in on your subject and having blur background the more beautiful your photo be.
