Excellent composition and beautiful illumination.
The dark hang cloud capping the frme really makes the image for me.

Beautifully framed composition with excellent illumination.
Do I detect a hint of aurora?

Excellent composition. My eye is drawn out into the distant hills by the diagonal bottom right to top left.
The two bands of parched pasture foreground and midground really bind this scene together.
My only suggestions for improvement are to clone out the errant fence post lower left of frame and reduce the black border thickness which is a tad over bearing for my liking.

Magnificent backdrop to the brisghtest lights in town.
Tremendous scale to this image, the mountain side in the background dwarfs all before it.
Looks much better in large viewing format, will make an excellent large print.

Who would have thought the humble old cream brick could be made to be so interesting and beautiful in the eye of this beholder!
Needs to be viewed in large format - there's a lot going on here.........

Exquisite! Nature's drama captured beautifully. Just goes to prove you don't need perfect light to make a truly great image.
Fabulous perspective, composition and dramatic subject matter. I adore places where one can see the snowcapped peaks with one's feet in the ocean.
"f/8 and be there" - never a truer phrase spoken...........

WB and colour rendition look fine to me. Even the cloud highlights look fine. The spilt and ratio between land/sky is fine with me too.
The only changes to this exposure I'd have made (and I was not there so it may not be possible) is to alter the composition but cutting out some of the forground at the bottom of the frame to allow the streaking cloud in the top of the frame to be completed with some blue sky above it as the sky is as much a feature of this image as the flowers are.

I very much like the composition and framing of this shot.

Seriously fine composition with gorgeous illumination. This image has a true depth to it.

Blood Moon from April 4th 2015
Exposures at approx. 12 minute intervals from full moon to full eclipse

At last a clear sky to capture an eclipse.....!

So nice to have this place so close to home.

I truly adore the colour palette of the botanics of the USA. You have captured here, the gorgeous vibrancy that I fondly remember from my two visits.

.. but surely Margo this is your living room?
Lovely well composted nocturnal reflective.

Otways Forest is looking lush after a (rare) wet summer

To me, it's the sunny patches in this composition that make the photo a delight to view. Great perspective with the roadway leading the eye right into the mountains.
My only crit would be to allow more sky above the ridgelines for better composition balance.

Superb image! It makes little difference to me if this breaks the rule of thirds. This frame feels nicely balanced and is indeed easy to look at.

Does this image look level?
I had the spirit level set neatly on the ball head but this image, to
me, looks like it's falling to right of frame a little. Any comments

Stunning jurassic scenery! Easy to view the proportions of this composition with tremendous depth to the image. The red fern frond tip and ochre soil in the distance really make the vivid green and blue pop. Lovely clouds floating along the top of the frame giving a true sense of dramatic elevation.
A very 'Pacific' look - reminds me of Rarotonga (Cook Islands) which are similar longditude and equidistant south of the equator to where the Hawaiian islands are north of the equator.
