Please view larger. This brown pelican was flying off the California
coast. Thank you for your comments and critiques. -Brenden

I just received my first GND filter in the mail and couldn't wait to
try it. Hope you like it! Comments and Critiques welcome and appreciated!

I think this photo has great atmosphere. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to try a vertical crop to this photo. If you like it as is, I would clone out that bright ?stick? about 1/3 up the left side of the photo. I think it really pulls your eye away from the beautiful story of the image. Great shot! Here's a vertical crop for another idea. -Brenden

The image looks a little blurry to me and I'd rotate it clockwise a few degrees. Perhaps a vertical frame would help lead one's eye to the road in the image? Here's a quick re-edit to give you and idea. -Brenden

I like your composition here and the lighting that is falling over the image. I think it would look better in black and white with some stark contrast. Here's a quick adjustment that I did with some extra curves, b&w, and some dodging and burning. I would take more time with your full scale image, but this is to merely to give you another idea. -Brenden

Comments/critiques welcomed and appreciated. I haven't seen the
Dragan technique applied to wildlife, so I thought I'd give it a shot!

Beautiful shot. I think the black and white works really well here. Excellent composition and the shadows on the ground add some life. Nice job!

Great perspective in this shot. I like the cliff framing the landscape.

I loved the look to the clouds in this sunset. It was a beautiful
night! Comments and Critiques always appreciated.

Thanks for taking the time to comment Daniel, I really appreciate it! -Brenden

This is a beautiful image!! I like how the side hills converge into the center of the frame and then lead your eye to the great sunset. Excellent work! -Brenden

B&W of Mesa Verde in Colorado. Comments and critiques greatly
appreciated! Thanks!

I like the varying cloud formations and the life and depth that I felt
they gave the shot. Comments/critiques appreciated. Thanks!

I love it!!! The silhouette, the hint of the deep trees in the distance... beautiful!

Great image! What was your exposure time? My only nitpicky critique would be to try to clean up the halo on the large bolt of lightning, I think it would make the image slightly stronger. But really a small point. Great capture!

While walking through a nature preserve, I found this flower and since
I didn't have my tripod with me, I hand-held this macro. I like the
gritty texture to the flower and wondered what the patrons of PN
think? C/C greatly appreciated and welcomed.

I like to color of the water against the ducks, but there is something missing from the shot to really draw me in. I'm not 100% sure what it is though... maybe a different angle (say moving to your left to include the mother duck as well or perhaps moving your top crop to not cut off the top of her back?) Anyway just some thoughts!

I really like stormy skies and this one is great! I think it adds drama to the scene. Nice catch!
