I like the framing and the tight view. The bare branches refleted in the window are interesting. It seems a bit flat. I would consider increasing the contrast to darken the shingles.

Taken on a sunny but cool winter day as we stopped at Kunde on a Sonoma wine trip.

Another payoff of a long hike. I was struck (and stuck, too) that the soft running water
seems to be pointing down, whereas all the prickly bits are pointing up. Thanks for your
constructive criticism and suggestions! --KJG

Very nice photo, and a wonderful place for excape. I'm not sure if a different time or day vs. different filtration might help with the haziness. I frequently my seascapes have a similar issue with the tilted horizon. Straightening that line would also accentuate the list of the bench. All the best, --KJG

Yes, we had snow here last weekend. The short walk from the car for a shot turned into a
6.5 hour hike with the all the 4x5 and all that entails. This is my first time seeking critiques,
so I'm eager to hear any suggestions you have. Thanks!

Very nice composition. I really like the lighting in the foreground & left. How would it look with the top burned in just a touch where the light comes through the grating?
