I miss more detail in the down part. You could cut that, or trying to get some detail using HDR -
When I grow, I want to take pictures like this. Perfect shot -
Dinamic shot. I guess trying to avoid the center of the shot for the main subject is a good idea -
The shadow is too confusing, you don't have any diferentation between the boats and the horizon. For my taste the sun is too centrate too, I would move it to the left -
I miss some sharpness in the pic. I would love watching that eyes clearly. -
