I like Mike's idea about comments for ratings under 4 - that is very sensible. I also find that it seems to be working reasonably well the way it is ( I think so anyway) as whoever doesn't care simply ignores it... but i guess Mike's suggestion would result in a much better system, as everyone can improve!
