thanks (if) anyone pauses to comment. I find the feedback i receive from fellow artists

invaluable. I liked this shot -- the way it emphasized something other than the typical

focal point of the blossom.

taken at a dap kings concert on feb 14th, nokia theatre, nyc. converted to b&w,

cropped and a little grain added in photoshop. interested to know what others think.

I was kind of going for the cross processed look to emphasize the cabs..... but thanks for the b &w suggestion, I'll try it

I really like the idea, focus and composition, but the super-boosted saturation is over-kill for me.....bordering on florescent. I think slightly toning it down could really improve this image.

Interesting and original. Great work....the tones are spot on, well composed, and I love the way the shadow balances it.

Interesting scene, but I think it comes off as a little grey to me. A little more contrast could make this a striking image.

Taken while I was photographing some flowers and playing with my lensbaby.......and

somehow the one without any blossoms turned out to be my favorite. Any thoughts or

critiques are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Any thoughts are critiques are always welcomed. I gladly accept any chance to

expand my knowledge and hear from fellow artists whether good or bad.

Nicely composed.....the sculpture's lines really lead the gaze into the frame....the metallic surface shows just enough reflection...and I think the warm, red tones that show up on the surfaces pointed downward add just enough contrast to really make it pop. beautifully captured.

Stunning. I don't even know what else to say. I would love to see this printed.

Well done....nice colors. I think slightly cropping so the drop is slightly off-center would provide for a slightly more dynamic composition, but I like the abstract patterns the orbs make. Good job.

Beautifully done....perfectly abstract, and yet says so much. The tonality and texture are spot on. I bet printing this one would be striking.

Interesting and eye catching image......I would do without the red spot in the middle...it is distracting and takes away from the ominous tone this image suggests.
