Hi All,
@MichaelMorwy. Apologies for calling you rude. You were assuming I was doing this to get clicks, which wasn't the case. I took it like an insult. Thanks for the kind words. Also "corky" is a term I don't understand and as far as I understand it can be positive or negative. I'm looking for constructive comments, and I think you are right about the portraiture. I have plenty of almost full (+/- 200 to 250 pictures) jobs (I deliver +/- 600) on my blog which is accessible in my home page. I don't want to clickbait though.. but its there ;)

@David. Yes I do, see my blog... Putting people at ease is probably one of my strength point as a wedding photographer. I always do standard posing but it is an exercice where I lack of creativity and where I need to improve probably.
I do this job aside from my main job (I'm a mobile device developer). I have 15 weddings this year.
Thanks all for the kinds words.

Seriously guys, I find you very rude. I didn't ever think about getting traffic on my website. I get all my clients through google adwords or via professional events (wedding specialists). What would 10 or 15 more clicks do?
None of my picture are staged. Even the ones that look very much like it is.
I was hoping for technique advices, composition, maybe some new ideas... I was wrong hoping that such a forum was the good place to go ask.
Thanks for the feedback anyway, I know now that my pictures have the pro feeling.

Hi,
I would like to have some feedback on my wedding photography work.
What do I do well, but mostly, what do I do wrong?
Where can I improve, (certainly everywhere...) but it is the most obvious weaknesses of my work?
Thanks a lot for your input!

Hi mark, I took +/- 500 pictures on the week, limited by the amount of CF card I was carrying. Some picture in my gallery are picked into a serie of +/- 3 shots, some are first and single attempts only. I tend to try not to shoot too much of the same subject but to concentrate more on getting a good picture at the first time -- it forces me to try to focus on the quality--. That gallery contains only pictures of landscape etc, but I of course, I took pictures of me & my wife or my wife lonely in the 500 number.
Thks again to the others for the nice comments. I would like to shoot more people but I have a problem with that. I absolutely do not like to approach a local guy resting below a three and "steal" his portrait without even knowing how to thank him or to say some kind words in his language. I think those people must often be pissed by the mass of tourist...

I'm not sure about your statement Byron, as people were throwing it from below to top, light trails are correct. :) You can clearly see that on the way people hands are positioned on almost every picture. But its true that on number 60, petals seem to come from the couple and exploding from them, and that does seem to prove rear curtain etc were wrong.

As the brother of the photographer and the groom(?) of the day, all I can say is thanks Edwin, I love it so much ;) You really made a fantastic job focusing your attention on getting the bride like she was: simply beautiful!!

thks for the nice comments and constructive critisms! Vigneting is certainly way too hight, as pointed out on other forums. It's a post treatment vigneting, just to make images look a bit more dramatic & emphatize the center of the image. I'll lower the amount of vigneting before printing those. FYI I use a Sigma EX multi coated CPL
