I just read this article about the Orphaned Work Act and I must say I was shocked to say the least. Maybe someone knows something more on this subject?

Here is the link to the artical.

Your models seem comfortable. This is a good place to be. I like the direction as well. Your lighting seems a bit harsh. Highlights and skin tone need work. Also a few of your images are quite heavy on the filtered effects. I say use them in a way so that people can barely tell that they are being used at all.
I pulled some reds out of her face, made the water a bit bluer, made her shirt less bright, and softened her skin a bit.

Hello fellow photo neters.
So what I would like to do is hook up my camera via USB to my laptop so that when I shoot they auto transfer my files there. Is their a software I need for this? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
From PC to iMAC - contrast and color issues
in The Digital Darkroom: Process, Technique & Printing
Posted

Hey folks,
Recently I have decided to start using an iMac to edit my photos. Editing photos on my iMac is great they turn out well every time. The problem is when I view the same photos on another computer (my friends PC) the images look dull and appear to be lacking contrast. I assume this is because the output of my iMac's display has naturally more contrast?
Has anyone else run into this issue? And if so what is the best way to go about solving it. I don't want my images to be seen as lifeless nor do I want them to appear over processed.
Thank you for any advice,
