Composition could be improved to get some depth in the image. Details have been lost in the sky, tubes and birds.
Just my opinion.

I think the centered horizon and tree doesnt work in this image and neither the colour of the sky with also shows too much noise.
Did you shoot from a moving car? The foreground looks blurry.
Perhaps you should try turning into B and W
