Ascension (Saints Peter and Paul Church, Transamerica Pyramid, Sales Force Tower.) Throughout history mankind’s spiritual aspirations and need to touch the divine have manifested in architecture as steeples, pyramids and the like. Where more fitting to find these symbols than in a city like San Francisco named after Giovanni di Pietro di Bernardone (Francis of Assisi).

Seems always your hues and tonal values unify the seemingly disparate elements. It aids the mind connect. Excellent work, George. I have been censored and must leave this site soon. I am not sure exactly how the moderator will delete my account but I suspect I will still be able to enter the site as a visitor but not comment. I have probably said in ways before, George, your artistic talent, skills and creativity are masterful and merit memorializing in the finest galleries and museums. You do the world a service by sharing your creations.

The path to Hell’s Kitchen (Hudson Yards Manhattan) (I think my processing of this scene was influenced by the master of the oblique, Dumas.) Of the many stories of how this area in New York got its name I like best the story of a rookie cop who said, "This place is hell itself", to which the more senior cop replied, "Hell's a mild climate. This is Hell's Kitchen.”
