Composition is based on golden ratio. For you it can be undecided but I have decided to ante on antique rules. :]

Maybe it is oversaturated... but when compared to original slide looks pretty much the same

First you write that it is unusual... later that the focus on the hand makes the photo interesting... but you still prefer focus to be where it "should" be...

Why? To make it usual and uninteresting?

Beautifully done. She. And photo.

But I find the composition a little [tiny?] unbalanced.

If I could suggest any changes, it would be 6X7 central composition. [yes I know, I use  MF cameras to often :D :D :D]

Then her body would twists to left upper corner and her face and sight would point to right upper corner.

I appreciate the way you managed to photograph in such a hard lightning conditions.

I love those lines.  Except one: shadow i left corner. I know it was hard to avoid it but it is minor distraction [at least for my one eye the other one is fully concentrated on theme ;)].
