There's a version with Topol on hulu too, but it's late. Did he have an IR filter on?

nevermind no cameras in the second one...

"The Public Eye" starring Joe Pesci on Hulu.com, if you have time to fill.

Gorgeous camera, those images are astounding too, great work!
My favorite is the Dvorak, it looks nothing like the Bragg print I have of him though.

By output I meant whatever metrics you're using to judge both sensors.

How do you compete with peers when you have a Foveon sensor? There are the people who always downplay Sigma for using marketing ploys and funky math without ever having tried it. I'm not saying Sigma is the new Messiah, but you have to admit that their sensor technology is something that no one else has. Yeah, the high ISO noise is an issue for me but I like the camera and the images I get with it. Hopefully the SD1 will help Sigma open more minds out there, I just hope they bring the price down more.

For both sides of the argument though: Loyalty is the trait of refusing to admit you've made the wrong decision. ;)

I'm gonna have to start pulling out teeth for the tooth fairy...

Jeff, how do you calculate the Bayer sensor's output? Which Sigma bodies do you use?

LOL! I can just imagine some of the members on here doing it a la Tuco from The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly!

Seems like the industry jumped out way ahead of the academic by about 6 years. I think the next step would be a stereoscope type digicam. Two sensors would work better for in camera HDR and 3-D type applications. And if you had them alternately firing you could get twice the fps for slow-motion stuff. Throw in a third lens for IR and and a Lomo filter and voila!

Try Walmart that's where I developed my last 110 film. I haven't used my Auto 110 in forever and I just can't sell it, it's just too dang cool. Maybe I'll shoot it again soon. Thanks for sharing!

Awesome! I want one. Vivitar managed to change paradigms with their Ultra Wide & Slim: "It's not a cheap toy! It's artsy and ironic!".
I think they are marketing it to old people who got into photography in the late stages of their life, and had never seen a camera until digital ones came out. Or had some kind of trauma that caused them to forget everything camera related before the 2002ish.

Start a membership club where you can buy large amounts of film in bulk and pay for storage, then everyone gets a share and whoever doesn't want their film size or type can trade it with other members. In that case whether or not film becomes rarer you can get film for cheaper. If there's a big enough order you could even get specialty batches of rarer formats or films. From there start your own film brand.

That's all you gotta do.. ;)

For the light meter maybe? Light meter could be busted? Could be telling you if there's enough light for the aperture you've set. My Dynamatic II has something like that but it's red/green.

With digital cameras the victim has to partake in the photobombing as opposed to film where you get stuck with it. The worst is when the people give you dirty looks for sticking your foot in the shot.
Choice ones on here:
