I have ordered my 300D converted to "infrared". Have any of you done this? How

have you enjoyed the conversion?

Has anyone used the tripod mount ring that is sold from Honk Kong or China? I have the non IS lens. If so

I have a Canon XTI. I am trying to put together lenses for wedding photography.

I have the following lens: Canon 85 /f1.8; Canon 17-85 /f3.5; non-Canon 28-200.

I don't have a "L" lens. I am anticipating getting a Canon 70-200 /F4 in the

near future. What would I need to add to my collection? I want to purchase

only Canon lenses.

I have a Canon 400D. I am trying to purchase the best Canon lens for action,

sports photography. I cannot afford the Canon 70-200 F2.8 IS USM lens. What is

your suggestion for an economical subsitute until I can get the Canon lens?

I have a Canon XTi body. I have a 50 /f1.8 lens. I want to add a one of the above. What experiences does

anyone have with these lens. I shot sports, nature and dog shows. Portraits will be added to my interests

I am relatively new at serious photography. I have worked up to a Canon XTi box. I am now in the

process of buying quality lens. I have recently bought a 17-85 and would like to complement it with a

fixed portrait lens. I have been told that with my 1.6 crop factor that the 60 is the lens of choice. Howver,

I have read that he 85 would be a better choice. I intend shooting weddings, portraits and sporting

events. What is your experience and choice? I have searched the forum so excuse me if I missed a posted
