Hi there, I'm just blowing the dust off my old hasselblad lenses from the 500cm days and I just got the CF adaptor. When I mounted the 150mm CF lens to the adaptor and then to my H4D, everything works like a charm until a few days later, the H4D stopped working and the LCD gave me " Internal Error". There were no error codes, just" Internal Error" I cannot capture or do anything. The body will not even turn off. I had to pull the battery out. I restarted the body and try to capture again but same problem. I took the CF adaptor off and put my 80mm HC lens and "OMG", the body just froze!!! You should have seen my face!!! I still got the internal error message. After 30min leaving it off, the HD4 finally came back alive. I tried it on my H1 and had the same problem? Any ideas???

This is what I did. I installed the adaptor onto the HD4 body, installed the CF lens, set the aperture on the lens and shutter speed on the body, "cocked" then lens adaptor and fired. That's how it's done right?? Am I doing something wrong or missing a step? Should I set the shutter on the lens or the body? The adaptor came with the sync cable but u wasn't sure where to use that. Right now I'm too afraid to use this adaptor on my expensive H4D. Any help? Thanks a bunch!!!

Well... I don't know what everybody is complaining about but after 28,000+ actuations and 97 married brides, my H1 has been my best camera!

Not too sure about USA laws but in Canada, a deposit is refundable but a retainer (which all lawyers use) is usually not refundable. When I go over the wedding contract with my clients, I ensure that they understand that the initial retainer is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client. Just my two cents worth.

If you put the Hasselblad 30mm on a CF adapter and slap it on a Hasselblad H4D, what's the focal length of the lens
now? Is there a formula in calculating this?
