This floating wall makes me kind of seasick. What's the point? Is there any benefit to this?

The benefits of Cooliris IMHO are the "full immersion" feel the fullscreen mode has and the extreme naturalness and handiness in browsing through a large number photos. So what about trying to implement the possibility of going fullscreen and changing background's colour? It would be nice to know if there is any intention to this.

 2.
I completely agree with you, Amitai, and I do exactly the same as you. In addition, I tend to leave a comment more willingly on neglected photos than on those which have already been commented by several people.
I am very glad that the first thread I ever opened has generated so an interesting debate and I wish to thank all the friends who have written so far and those who will contribute in the future.

 3.
Over the last twenty days, thanks to some time off work, I have been having more time than usual to devote to this community, and I've written over 40 comments on others' photos, as well as posting a few photos of mine. Well, I've always found commenting even more enjoyable than receiving comments, but I also joined this site a few years ago in the hope of personal improvement through SHARING thoughts, advice, critiques, comments, views. For this reason I feel a bit disappointed when I see that in the same period I have received in return only 4 comments on my photos. Whenever I receive a comment, I feel morally obliged to give some feedback to the one who wrote it, at least to say thank you, because I think this should be the spirit of every community like this. Apparently, the vast majority of users don't think so. I just stumbled upon a user with a portfolio of hundreds of images posted to the critique forum, who hasn't written a single comment on others' work - in years. So my question is: Have I been a victim of an unlucky coincidence or what I consider the most important principle of this community is going astray? What can I do to obtain more feedback, given that the obvious advice "Give feedback" isn't working at all? Thank you in advance. I apologize if the subject I've just brought forward is a recurrent one on this forum.
