Lovely capture, and just the right amount of wing blur! Wonderful colors. I'd be tempted to crop some of that empty space at right to move the bird's eye closer to center. Nice work!

I find the thermostat a terrible distraction here - it pulls my eyes away from an interesting face. It would be worth removing digitally. Even a tighter crop would be better.

A fetching pose, and nicely framed. Her face is perhaps too shadowed: I think catchlights in her eyes would go a long way to wake this image up. I would be tempted to lower the saturation as well. A good effort.

This is one of the most photographed structures in the world - and here's a shot I've never seen before. A very large print would be wonderful eye candy. Nice work!
