Great capture Igor.
I agree, the sublety of their colour (or lack of!) is beauty in itself. Your DOF is great, and I think you've caught them on the perfect plant, the first thing I noticed was how the points of the thistle (?) seemed to mimic the veins in their wings, Very well done.

that's a whole new level of high key! It's a nice pic, personally I don't really care for it (I think the extreme contrast between the eyes and skin is just throwing my brain, which is 'expecting' them to be similar tones :P ), but very well executed none the less. 4/7 -
This is a great capture Matt, I liked a lot of the photo's from yoru set on the reunion, but the way you caught the light beams in this one really stood out. Was it a bit of a misty, foggy night?

I like the way you've put the horizon (of he field at least) very low, it really makes the moutainlook towering, like it could go up forever, yet this litte villiage still gets its bathing of sunlight. Very nice.
