Actually, since this photo is from the production of a short film (entitled CODY) the boy was made up to look this way. They applied very dark make-up around his eyes and shot everything a little overexposed so that in post they could darken it a little to achieve some interesting effects.

Rest easy, they kid is not sick.

I did shoot this with the 35mm Canon AE-1. I like the idea of cropping out the lamp on the far left side.

However, I really like the yello tint as opposed to black and white though both are valid.

I really love the lighting in this one, it plays off her face very well. The look she has is great also.

Love the combination of the print on her sleeve with the color of her hair.

I'm wondering if it could have been framed right just a little more.
