    I agree that I do not get the quality of a dSLR with the handy cam what I am looking for. I am currently using a Nikon D200 for non-biking photo sessions.

    - The price is not really a matter if the cam can satisfy what I am looking for. (ok lets say not beyond of 300$)

  2. I am looking for camera which I can use to take pictures during race bike tours

    . A requirement is that is cam has a fast shutter and autofocus which allow to

    take picture during the ride. Furthermore in is picture will be taken with only

    one hand and an image stabilisation feature would be also helpful.

    So here really the point&shoot procedure will be used.

     

    Any advice for cams which can do the job is appreciated
