<p>I am a high school yearbook teacher and have been trying to use Printroom as a way to fund the purchase of a much needed camera for the students. After several months of waiting I still have not received any responses except that my problem needs to be escalated. Their site says I was due a check in November 2012. Here it is Mid-April 2013 and still not a penny from them. I am in a economically depressed area and our sales are low - so I cannot afford to get a Photoshelter or other account. Printroom was supposed to be my way of helping buy the gear the school cannot afford. I am tired of handing over my personal gear for the students to use. </p>
Is anyone else having trouble with printroom?
