Thanks Anton. I used a polarizing filter. The rocks in the foreground are wet. I actually liked the glossiness, but maybe that is just me. Yes, I should have combined two images. I did that in the next on in this "series", but never got a good sky for this composition. Thanks again for the comments.

Thoughts? I've been practicing on my neighbor's daughter in

preparation for our first child!

I'm going to be a father in 3 months!!! In preparation, I am trying to

learn about artificial lighting. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

I tried to get a dreamy effect here. This is almost directly out of

the camera. Does it work?

Thanks for the comments. Your comment, Chris, is certainly fair. I suppose it is "to each his own". I personally view flora as being interesting, but can understand that this is not as interesting as many photos. I am a big fan of lighting and when I can get the lighting this nice, it excites me.

I am not sure what type of flowers these are. They are about 1 inch

Fabulous. The mood of this photo is awesome. As stated I would crop the leg at the bottom. Once that is one this is done, the photo draws my eye to the woman's face. To me it has a sad/lonely feeling to it.
