In a creek just outside Lagos, Nigeria. The headwrap is enlarged in photoshop, some
contouring to face, the rest is colour toning etc. The water was just a meter deep, an
assistant is standing in the water holding a portable studio flash with beauty dish just
outside the frame on camera left.
Feedback and suggestions are most welcome!

What is good, what is bad? what could have been done differently?
Any comments are most welcome.

Thank you all for your feedback
The sky was perhaps slightly more orange than this red colour. There are quite a lot of citylights in this area and it was overcast with some openings in the cloud cover. It was quite windy and the clouds were moving quite fast as well.
White balance was set on Auto. 30sec f8.0 iso100. I added slight blur in photoshop to the river and the sky. The contrast in the scene was very high, the majority of the photo was a bit underexposed. I used the Levels in photoshop to expand the existing tonal range, and adjusted gamma to a suitable (in my opinion) slightly dark overall tone. Levels was applied to the whole photo overall, not masked.

This is really a fantastic photo, the light, exposure and composition. The slight mist or dust in the air adds depth to the photo. 7-7

This is probably one of the most photographed locations in London, so
it is not very original. However, your feedback on the execution of
the photo is most welcome.

Girl in the boat 2

In a creek outside Lagos, Nigeria (West Africa). We
borrowed a boat from some fishermen and I was
standing on a small bridge shooting almost straight
down. The boat was open bottomed in both ends so
she couldn't lie down on the floor, instead we placed the
two paddles across to lie down on. The pose is a bit
stretched and unrelaxed but it was the best we could
think of with this boat, the only boat on this creek.
Comments and feedback most welcome.
