I like the colours and the shadows, and I really like the couple walking on the beach.

But, I think it works better with most of the right side cropped off. Even this way it is a pano, but the subject becomes the walk and not just the expanse of the beach.

As so many have already said this is a brave idea and a wonderful one. There are probably a couple of technical nits to pick, the closeness and tilt of the background for instance; but, the portrayal is marvelous. I can only assume that there is very good communication between the subject and the photographer.

I think that I am going to "steal" this idea. Thanks.

This is the very best "reflection shot" that I've seen this year! I love the contrast of the colour of the sky and the mountain and then the non-reflection of the different shape of sky and water.

I have some shots taken in Northwest Harbour ME about 15 years ago on Ektacolor or very similar subjects and colours. My pictures however were taken at sunrise about a week after the solstice. The oranges and blues though were very similar.
