A modern day impressionist painting, beautiful
-
Pascal, I find the picture both beautiful and respectful. The mysterious element here is that shadows from another structure, outside the picture, falls on the crosses. You have taken this shot from an excellent angle. My sincere compliments, Theo

Theo, the larger version indeed shows us better the vastness and desolate character of the lanscape. It also reveals the hotel, which I didn't immediately observe on the smaller picture. Perhaps if the hotels white walls would have stood ot a little more than they do know, this would have added to the composition. Then, I realize, you would have been able to stand on a slight elevation which may not have been available at that spot. I like to watch this picture though. Theo de By

Theo, are you sure that they haven't made the reproductions look older than the original ones?
After some absence I have been browsing once again through your achievements. Very frequently I find your paintings moving. What a magnificent lighting, composition and scope. I admire the many ways you have photographed the arches of abbeys and cathedrals from ever so many angles. Keep travelling so that we can enjoy the beauty of the world as yo see it.

Hi Luc, I see you also took advantage of the beautiful circumstances the weather has created some days ago. I like this composition, well done! Groeten, Theo

Dear Monte, indeed, the feathers of the wings aren't really sharp. However the fins of the halibut are, so the unsharpness suggests movement of the wings that are in motion anyway. I think this is a great shot and you have taken well advantage of the rare opportunity to catch this bird's catch.

Fantastic, great atmosphere!

Antonio, this photo is great! So simple, but at the same time so varied in theme, colour, movement, architecture. One could phantasize an entire story about what you see in this picture. Theo

Yes, the light is magnificent in this picture. The expression on the lady's face expresses somehow surprise about the sparkling rays coming into the barn. Well done Peter

The monument conveys real feelings of sadness

Theo, what a miraculous effect has come out of the semi darkness you say to have experienced while taking this picture. Of course you always choose the right angle, and the colours and light that emerge from your 33 pictures, by skillfully applying the HDR technique are absolutely wonderful. Regards, Theo

All of the above, very original!

Yishai, this photo -although at first sight looks casual- expresses a lot of emotions. Very well done! Theo

Looking at this picture terms like smelling, over-ripe, rich, come into my mind. Richard, this photo is a strong caption of the color palet that decaying garlic apparently are able to produce. Great observation! Theo

Much more exciting than many of the other artistic photos, including mine, of modern architecture. well done!
