<p>Try the new Voightlander Bessa III . A cheaper alternative is a used Bessa from ebay.</p>

<p>Couple years ago I bought a cla/repair for my Hasselblad CF 50mm lens.<br>

I sent it off , and two or three weeks later it came back looking and working beautifully.<br>

So, Maybe I was lucky, maybe not.<br>

I think it was an attempt for this company to build up business.</p>

<p>My "normal" lens in 35mm phtotgraphy is a 100mm. When using my Hasselblad, my "normal" lens is the 120mm Makro.<br>

Where did I go wrong? Or did I?</p>

<p>I bought the same camera at the Nato Base in Naples about the same time you did. I used it infrequently for many years till recently. I had the 80mm lens cla'd and now everything'd working just fine. Oh, the original battery had to be replaced.</p>

I bought a 500ELM in '83 and used it for a couple of years , then with work & family issues, put it aside. This past December I got it out of the closet and started taking pictures again, and am totally astonished with the clarity and sharpness of the 50mm cf lens. I've since bought an a12 back, a 120mm cf makro, and 250 C* lenses and the PM51 viewfinder.

 

I'm totally retired and hold a part-time job to support the acquisition of my "toys."

As soon as I get some pictures to come close to equalling those I see here I'll be posting.
