Yes, Mary. Thank you for responding. Patrick fixed this a few times before. When I
change my bio info (or pic), this sometimes happens. Sometimes, it retains both uploads.
If they could both be erased, it should get it going. Thank you. : )

I was changing my bio photo and now get an error message instead of access.
This happened twice before. Could someone please fix it? Thank you very much.

Thanks for taking care of this. I've been wondering if my computer mouse is set
incorrectly--too fast. Could that be a possibility? Thanks for fixing this problem once
again. It only seems to happen with the bio pic or bio info. I don't need to post a bio pic.

Thanks, Josh. I'd really prefer to keep everything in-tact. The error occurs when I edit the
bio text or pic. Let me suggest that if I change the text, I'll delete it completely and write it
fresh instead of editing it .

Once again, I cannot enter my Workspace. I receive the message: "The requested URL cannot be accessed
due to system error."
Patrick Hudepohl fixed this same error two other times (11/4 and 11/14), diagnosing similar types of
errors both times: the first time two bio photos were uploaded at once; the second time two bio infos
were uploaded and the software tripped over it. From my side, I was changing the bio pic the first time
and editing the bio info last time and now again. If this causes a problem, I'll simply stop changing the
info.
Could Patrick please fix this error again. Thank you.

Patrick, I was editing the bio information and pressed "Update." I don't remember if I
double-clicked; that's when it crashed. Now that it's restored, it has the original, non-
edited text. Thanks for putting it back together.

I receive "Server Error" when I try to get into my Workspace. The bug occurred early this morning (like
right after midnight) when I was editing and trying to reload the description by my bio pic. This happened
a week or so ago, and Patrick fixed it and I'm including what he wrote the problem was below:
"Patrick Hudepohl , Jan 14, 2008; 07:40 a.m.
The Server Error on Donna's page should be fixed. Guess what? It was the only user to have two portraits
uploaded and the software tripped over it."
Could someone fix it again? Thank you.
